Is this course lecture style?

The Conscious Negotiator Course is practical and interactive. Our Negotiation experts will walk you through the theory, tools and techniques but we don’t do all the talking. Once we’ve shared our teachings, our peer learning environment enables participants to first practice what we share during the session together, ask questions and jointly problem solve. After that, you can walk away each week with new techniques to implement. We then circle back, share our experiences and continue to build on your negotiation confidence and capability.

How do I make the most of this investment?

Included with this practical experience is a copy of the I Love Negotiating book; and our APEC Framework which is a practical tool you can refer back to during and beyond the course to better prepare yourself for negotiating.
