PROGRAM REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Set out below are the Terms and Conditions that apply to registration in our Programs. These Terms and Conditions contain important information about your registration, including our cancellation policy. Please read carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and obligations.

Registration is subject to full receipt of your payment and our confirmation of availability.

Fees may apply for any changes to registration within 30 working days of program commencement. All requests for cancellations, transfers or substitutions must be made in writing/email to Other Side Of The Table.

CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Cancellation

You may cancel your registration altogether, however please note that refer below to ensure that you are aware of fees that may be charged:

> 30 days of commencement: 100% refund (less deposit)

> 14 – 30 days of commencement: 50% refund (less deposit)

< 14 days of commencement: no refund

Substitution

You may request to substitute another person to register in your place. Please note there you will incur a $100 fee (GST) to make a change.

Changes by Us

In the unlikely event that Other Side Of The Table cancels, changes or postpones a program, participants will be provided with as much notice as possible. If we are required to cancel, change or postpone a program due to circumstances outside of our control, including insufficient course enrolments, you will be offered a full refund of the total course fee. In these circumstances we will not be responsible for any direct or indirect costs incurred by you including flights and hotel bookings.

From time to time, we may update these Terms and Conditions. The updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all enrolments from the time of posting on our website onwards.

The Terms and Conditions take effect from 01st August 2019
